Cancellation Policy

・キャンセルについて 以下のキャンセルポリシーについてご理解いただけますようお願い致します。 ①レッスンの振替、キャンセルは2日前（48時間前）までにご連絡ください。以降のご連絡はキャンセル料が100％となりますので、予めご了承ください。 ②キャンセルのご連絡を頂く際は、お名前とレッスン時間、振替ご希望の方はお名前とご希望日時をお知らせください。 尚、振替レッスンは月に2回のみとさせて頂きます。 ・遅刻について 遅刻される場合は、レッスン時間が短くなる場合がございます。 次の予約がない場合は柔軟に対応させていただきます。あらかじめご了承お願い致します。 Lesson fees are forfeited for any lesson rescheduled or cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduled lessons can be handled via email or our site chat system. Please include your name and the original date/and time of cancelled lesson, as well as the desired day/time of the make up lesson. We will confirm all information by email.
